Meet Chris
Lakes Country Home Transitions was born out of a simple desire to help people stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. While volunteering and delivering for Meals on Wheels, I spent time on the doorsteps of many local seniors. I saw firsthand how much our neighbors value their independence—and how overwhelming it can be when life transitions require changes at home.Whether it’s setting up smart home technology so a senior can safely age in place, carefully packing up lifelong memories for a move, or respectfully handling an estate cleanout, I treat every home as if it were my own family’s. We are proud to serve West Central Minnesota with reliable, trusted, and compassionate care.
